Welcome to the 2024 IPA iList

We’re so pleased to announce the IPA iList 2024. Applications and nominations came from all disciplines and levels of the industry, with everyone demonstrating inspirational work across so many areas.

The 30 who have made it onto this year's iList are actively opening the door to others, adopting new practices, fostering long-term aspirations, creating safe environments as leaders or working quietly behind the scenes on initiatives that are benefitting many.

Our iListers today always link D&I to purpose. They come from all parts of the business and have in common a view of the big picture. They don’t believe in box-ticking. And here they are.
